Vintage Inlaid Brass Hand Carved Wood Pinwheel Trinket Jewelry Dresser Box

Beautiful vintage fine quality trinket or jewelry box with intricate hand cuts, carving and stamping, inlaid brass and hidden hinges. It is in excellent condition and measures 6" long X 1.5" tall x 4.25" wide.  The box was construction by a master craftsman that used a myriad of techniques and patterns to create what you see here. Pinwheels, stippling and concentric circles were used to create depth, and there are brass brads and wire inlaid into each pattern, with wire inset along the border. Seems to be at several different types of woods used. See closeups as it has quite a bit going on-if you tilt it the colors change as well and other details are highlighted.
