    Here is a very rare and awesomely beautiful PCGS graded About New SERIES 591 MILITARY PAYMENT CERTIFICATE (issued 1961-1963).
    This is a very rare note in this grade, especially with the PPQ designation. Really something special.

    Totally fresh and crisp note that has been graded CHOICE ABOUT NEW 53 PPQ by PCGS. The note has merited the coveted PPQ (Premium Paper Quality) designation, reserved for those notes exhibiting the finest flawless paper quality. The note really has just a single vertical centerfold and some minor handling. I have checked auction records for this and can not find anything in this grade range with a PPQ designation.
