I use one of these myself and it feels so good on your back, like a good back scrub, the brush has 2 speeds and includes 2 brush heads. One is super soft and one is an exfoliator. This type of brush is supposed to be used for body and not for your face or sensitive zones, but I think it may depend on how sensitive you are.
