The TIGWELD 200SX allows the welder to easily switch from 220v to 110v with the adapter plug that is included while being able to produce 200 amps on both AC and DC TIG and 195 amps on Stick.

Simple TIG Welding
Longevity has produced a user-friendly AC/DC TIG welder for the convenience of the user. With the simplicity of the TIGWELD 200SX, the user is able to set the amps, pre-flow, post-flow, and clearance to dial in for a perfect aluminum or steel weld.
Efficient IGBT Inverter Technology
IGBT technology has taken the welding industry to new levels. It gives us the ability to offer smaller units that weigh less while increasing efficiency. The TIGWELD 200SX with its portable design can be powered by an 8500-watt generator. Longevity uses IGBT technology powered by Siemens because of the increase in performance and better reliability than outdated inverter technology. Quick Setup Connections
Longevity offers a quick connection of your torches by using DINSE connectors giving the users total versatility due to it being compatible with most aftermarket torches. Setup time is also reduced due to the quick connect argon couplers whether you are trying to AC TIG, DC TIG or Stick Weld.
Industrial Duty Cycle
With an internal cooling fan and inverter technology that aids the TIGWELD 200SX in doing a full industrial grade 60% duty cycle, this unit is perfect for industrial applications. The higher duty cycle of the machine will allow it to operate for longer periods of time.
Easy Dial Setup
The TIGWELD 200SX is very user-friendly! All the adjustments are properly spaced and coded which allows for easy on-the-fly adjustments. You can even adjust on the fly, while welding.
Stick Welder
With the flip of a switch, you are able to use the TIGWELD 200SX as a stick welder on either 110v or 220v power. The Stick welder has a respectable output of 195amp on 220v.
Thermal Overload Protection
If you are welding for a long period of time and your duty cycle limit is reached, Longevity's thermal overload protection will kick on safely shutting down your machine for proper cooling avoiding any damage. Once it cools, you will be able to weld again!
Panel or Foot Pedal Operation
The Longevity TIGWELD 200SX allows excellent control whether you are using a foot pedal or the panel. The foot pedal will allow you to set an amperage limit as well as variably adjust the amps.
