521 MPC 25 Cents, Uncirculated Details,1954, Military twenty five (p28)

Description

Up for auction is a 521 Military Payment Certificate 25 Cent note. The note is uncirculated with no folding but it does have mount marks and stains. The note has great appearance and color. With good centering and sharper corners.
In my opinion this note would be UNCIRCULATED (with mounting).
The grades and descriptions given are just the
opinions
of a hobbyist collector. Since grading can be very subjective, please examine the pictures and make the grade for yourself, and bid accordingly.
