    raised cherub's, Flowers, and scroll work.  cherubs are playing music and dancing ,beautiful scenery With hand painted colors added and a coat of arms in the center with gilt work. It has a underglaze capodimonte symbol N and hallmark in the center and  (saxony)on back . this is a big 12" vintage collectable plate, it is wired for hanging on the wall or displaying in the cabinet
